1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Original artworks and custom commissions may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of order.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery times vary by destination.
3. Domestic Shipping (India)
- Standard delivery: 5–7 business days
- Express delivery: 2–3 business days (where available)
4. International Shipping We ship internationally. Delivery times vary by country (typically 10–21 business days). International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country.
5. Packaging All artworks and prints are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Prints are shipped in rigid mailers or tubes; originals are wrapped and boxed with protective materials.
6. Tracking A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue. Qurbart is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
